This course offers an in depth experience into Body Based Mindfulness. Each class will aid students in learning to recognize and work with their physical sensations and movements. This, in turn, allows the central nervous system to become properly regulated again.
This class will help you gain valuable insight into how you personally can learn to work with your body and its natural responses vs. further suppressing the nervous system's responses.
The class will be taught by Kent Rosengren, PsyD. He is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience working with active duty military, veterans, and other clients that suffer from PTSD, anxiety, and depression as well as other mental issues.
